I am Bilal Shafiq. My journey sits at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, business strategy and real estate development. These worlds may look different from the outside, but at their core they are built on the same principles. Vision, structure, timing and execution.

My entry into technology started with curiosity. I wanted to understand how platforms work, how code turns into products, and how data turns into decisions.

Eventually this evolved into building BilsTech, a US based technology company focused on staff augmentation, AI integration, scalable platforms and remote tech team growth.
Technology gave me logic.
Business gave me direction.
Real Estate: Understanding Value in the Physical World
While building in tech, I was also deeply involved in real estate. Real estate is not just about buying and selling property. It is about economics, psychology, infrastructure, timing and long term value creation.
Over the years, I worked across major markets in Pakistan including Lahore, Islamabad, Gwadar, Karachi and other emerging cities. My experience includes advisory roles, development strategy, market analysis and investment planning.
